The Niagara TOP facilitates the provisioning of drinking water and eliminates the hassle of dealing
with bulky water bottles.
The product is also available entirely in stainless-steel; this material is highly suited to
professional kitchens, clinics, hotels and anywhere else in which hygiene is of paramount importance.
| Efficient service: |
Fresh and sparkling water on your table in an instant! Furthermore on the 120 l/h and 180l/h
sparkling versions, we have fitted a double coil in order to improve the simultaneous
dispensing of still and carbonated water; this makes it possible to fill more than one
carafe at a time, gaining efficiency and speeding up the service! |

| Maximum hygiene: |
The dispensing head and the front panel, i.e all the parts in contact with water,
will be entirely in stainless steel, also on the standard model, in order to
increase rust resistance and guarantee greater hygiene. Furthermore, thanks to the UV anti-bacterial system around the dispensing area, the water path is protected all the way to the caraffe. |

| Security: |
In order to increase the product security, we introduced an exclusive anti-leakage device
which is able to significantly reduce the risk of floods. |

Filters can easily be attached to improve the taste and aroma of the water dispensed. |

|
In order to facilitate the positioning of the machine on worktops, the depth of the cooler
has been reduced. The new elegant stainless steel drip tray, VR-IS, is narrower in order
to remain in line with the dispensing head yet still fit on bar counters. |

Enhanced performance from the Niagara TOP EC (Electronic Control).
 Thanks to its electronically
controlled keyboard, the functionality of the cooler can be customized and monitored in real time to ensure optimum performance.
The main available functions are:
Dose setting - Using the digital keyboard, the user can set the amount of water he or she wants to be dispensed
(up to two pre-set "doses" for each type of water) before starting the dispensing process by pressing just one button; pressing the
button again interrupts the dispensing of the pre-set amount. Pre-setting the amount makes it easy to fill up cups, carafes
and other containers in just a single push of a button.
Dose Counter - This useful device counts the amount of water dispensed (total and partial "doses"), allowing for
the constant monitoring of the volumes of water being used.
Energy saving - The energy saving system allows to decreases the power consumption when the machine is in stand by.
By setting the machine in "energy saving mode", the cooler reduces the compressor cycles but maintains a temperature which avoids ice
bank melting and bacterial proliferation inside the unit.
Self diagnostic System - The cooler features a self diagnostic system which promptly signals the failure of the water
supply or the exhaustion of the optional filters, CO2 or UV lamp. If the system detects a problem,
the red LED on the dispensing head lights and the display indicates the reason.
Ice Bank - The Ice Bank can be set to either Summer or Winter modes, thus making it possible to control the temperature
of the ice bank on the basis of the temperature of the water at the inlet. This allows for considerable savings in terms of energy use.
Carbonator - The levels of gas being used to carbonate the water are monitored automatically and highlighted on the display.
Customization - The messages on the display can be personalized (e.g. with the customer's name, a welcome message, etc...) |

In order to increase the product security, we added a
solenoid valve at the water
inlet on the back of the cooler, which remains closed until water is dispensed. |
