Sistemi di Refrigerazione, as the party responsible for the processing of your personal details, provides the following privacy information in accordance with Article 13 of the Italian Data Protection Act (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). We hereby inform you that, for the purposes of establishing and/or carrying out the terms of our contractual relationship with you, we have come into possession of personal information relating to you. We are in possession of certain details relating to you that are considered confidential or legal in nature by Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Purposes of the processing operations Your details will be processed in relation to contractual requirements or to fulfill legal or fiscal requirements. They may also be processed to allow for the effective management of financial and commercial relationships with you and/or to respond to your specific requests during the pre-contractual phase. The details will be held on our systems for the entire duration of the contractual relationship to fulfill legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes. Should the pre-contractual negotiations not result in the signing of a contract, your details will be archived for use in eventual future contacts we may have with you or offers we may make to you. The details may also be used to send you marketing and promotional material relating to the products manufactured by our organization, although you retain the right to bar the processing of your details for such purposes at any time. Processing operations The processing of your details will be carried out using tools and procedures that are sufficiently secure as to guarantee the confidentiality of the information. Your details may, however, be 'communicated' by us, by which we mean we may grant access to your details to one or more known parties, such as: - individuals within our organization charged with data processing using the methods prescribed the legislation - individuals who require to access your details for legal reasons and for conformity with EU regulations, within the limits prescribed by the relevant legislation - individuals who require to access your details for reasons that do not relate directly to the ongoing relationship between you and us, yet are still necessary in order to carry out auxiliary duties (e.g.: credit companies and couriers) - consultants working for us on a freelance basis, in order to carry out the tasks requested of them by our organization, on condition that said individuals have been made aware of the need to ensure that your details are processed confidentially and securely.
